| How often are the referral page uniqueness reset? |
| The referral page uniqueness is reset every 7 days. The means any IP addresses that are logged in the past 7 days can not be used again, the member will not be credted or paid again with the 7 day period from a logged IP address. |
| Why does the Surf bonus payment change at times? |
| You will find that when your surfing, the amount that you get paid changes. These changes depend on the amount of money coming from members is less than the outgoing to members, this is done so we can stay online. We can only pay out what we get coming in, we do dive in to our own pockets at times to pay members. (We don't have a bottomless pockets) The changes are normaly only tempory. |
| Why has my website been suspended |
| If your website has been suspended by us, this may be due to breaking of our TOC rules.
You can log-on and change your website settings to another website if you wish. |
| Why has my account been suspended |
| Your account may of been suspended for a number of reasons, if you wish to find out why your account has been suspended please contact the admin. |
| Why has my account been downgraded to "Basement Membership" |
| Your account maybe of been downgraded to "Basement Membership" this is due to you the activity on your account which is above normal. Another words your trying to cheat us and other members out of money. |
| My banner has been deleted, Why |
| If you display a banner that has no image and you have not corrected the problem after we have e-mailed you about it, then we will delete the offending banner or banners from your account. You will also lose any unused credits that are still asgined to the banners. |
| I wish to Cash Out, but I can't find the Cash Out button |
| There is only 2 reasons why you can't cash out. 1, The cash out button will not show unles your earnings are above the minimum payout level for your Membership Level. 2, If you are on "Basement Membership" level. You are unable to cash out on "Basement Membership" level.
The Cash Out button will be showen on the Members home page, you do need to log in to see this button. |
| Why has one of the contests been removed |
| You may find at times one or more of the contests have been removed, this is due to cheaters. Once we have removed or downgraded the cheaters, we will create a new contest, but this does mean you have to start again. We try and run the contests as fair as we can. |
| I wish to have a link placed on MyTrafficRade, how do I go about it |
| If you wish to have a link on the left hand menu, please contact us and we will be able to do this for you. There is a small fee for this, the amount will be agreed when you contact us. |
| Why has my settings/earnings been changed |
| My Traffic Rade, had e-mailed all members at the end of April 2007 letting them know that there will be changes to the system. For those who didn't get an e-mail or was not a member at the time, From April 2007 there will be changes to My Traffic Rade settings and membership levels will be changed and other levels added. We are all so removing the one off fee of $8.00 and replacing it with a low monthly fee, Starting from just $3.00 per month.... I hope this helps.. |
| How is my website approved or suspened? |
| As of April 2008 we have installed a nice little script that approves or suspends website. Check Question "Why has my website name been changed to iframe, framebreak, rotate?" |

If your website has been suspened, the reason for suspension is entered in to the NAME box by the script. Here are some of the reason for suspension.
FrameBreak:- This means that the website submitted by yourself has broken our frame, i.e. removes top and bottom bars.
iframe:- This means that your website is calling in another website from outside of the website you have submitted. These can contain virus, spyware, adware, and so on.
Rorate:- This means that the website you have submitted is in rotation, or have website rotating on the website you have submitted, this also can contain virus, spyware, adware, and more.
If your website is suspened, you can appeal againest it, and we will look at ourselves. |
| I have been surfing for sometime now, and my credits are not showing. Why? |
| If your a FREE member you will find that you are collecting credits, the credits your earning don't go on to your account they are added to your websites. By upgrading to any level, a percentage of credits will go to your account. |
